Parking

We have one reserved Accessible Parking Space at our building. We also have a limited number of parking spaces outside our building. Please do not park outside any other building other than Headway. If you have any concerns/difficulty with parking spaces please call in and ask us.

Public Transport

There is a bus stop directly opposite Link Road Ballincollig (opposite Father Sexton Park – Housing Estate). Headway is a short walk from this bus stop.  

Buses

You can get Bus number 232 from Cork City to Ballincollig. Ask to get off at Father Sexton Park, Ballincollig. Once you get off at this stop turn left and you will see Link Road Ballincollig in front of you. Travel down this road until you reach Ballincollig Fire station on your right. Link Road Business Park is directly opposite the Fire Station. When you reach the end of the Business Park you should reach a cul de sac. You will find Headway to the right of this cul de sac.

Driving Directions

From Cork City:
 Head west on St. Patrick’s Street/N22 toward Marlboro Street. Continue to follow N22.  Turn right onto Washington Street/N22. Continue straight toward Lancaster Key and onto the Western Road. Follow the road to Carrigrohane Road where you should pass the County Hall building on your left. Continue this road until you approach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the 3^rd exit onto R608. Continue on the road until you pass Cholaiste Choilm Secondary School on your right. Take the immediate left onto Link Road Ballincollig. Follow the road until you approach Ballincollig Fire Station on your right. Link Road Business Park is directly opposite.

Directions from West End Ballincollig:

Continue straight through Ballincollig village passing the Oriel House Hotel, Ballincollig Shopping Centre and Aldi on your left. After Aldi take the immediate right hand turn onto Link Road Ballincollig. Follow the road until you approach Ballincollig Fire Station on your right. Link Road Business Park is directly opposite the Fire Station.

Directions from Ring Road:

Take Anglesea Street/R610 to South Link Road/N27

Continue passed Kinsale Road Roundabout and head straight for Ballincollig.

Once on the Ballincollig Bypass, take the first exit for Ballincollig – take two roundabouts towards Ballincollig.

Proceed towards the third roundabout and take the first exit.

Continue on this road until you reach the first set of traffic lights (Gaelscoil Ui Riordain Primary School on your left).

At the traffic lights turn right onto Link Road Ballincollig.

Continue down this road and turn right at Link Road Business Park (Opposite Fire Station).
