Over the weekend, the Laurels Cycle Crew from Clondalkin organised a cycletron fundraiser with the The Penny Hill pub in Lucan to see who could raise the most funds for us at Headway. We don’t really care who won (congratulations to Penny Hill!!) but we are just so grateful for both for joining together in some fun fundraising activity for people with brain injury.
You can still support their efforts by donating at Laurels Cycle Crew is fundraising for Headway Ireland CLG (justgiving.com)
If you’re a keen cyclist, you can also register for the Cycle from Galway to Dublin on the 23-24-25 of September. Two days of cycling across Ireland with friends to support people with Acquired Brain Injury. If you’d like to take part in the event, please register at this eventbrite link
