Update 4th August, 2020-

Headway has started opening up our centres for face to face services in our various locations throughout the country.  Due to the HSE guidance around social distancing, the numbers who can access our centres is being reduced significantly.  Clients are being informed that we are opening and have being told when they will be coming into our services.  This is a time of significant change and our services will be similar but different, especially the numbers of people we can support in our locations at any one time.

If any clients or family members have any questions about the services be sure to contact your keyworker or the local service manager. See contact information below.

Update: 16/04/2020-

The closure period has now been extended to 8th June, in line with the government guidelines. Headway centres and premises will not be accessible and we will review the situation after that date. Our Information and Support line remains open (details here) and you can look at our list of useful supports here

Headway Clients

Headway staff will continue to be available by telephone & e-mail during normal business hours and you should contact them in the manner you normally would. If you have any specific questions or concerns you are welcome to contact your Headway key-worker or your local Headway office by telephone. Please be assured that we will endeavour to work with you on your rehabilitation goals, as best as possible, during this difficult time.  Your keyworker will be in contact with you to discuss how this will work.

We look forward to seeing you again soon. In the meantime, please take care and remember to telephone your GP should you experience any symptoms associated with the Covid-19 virus, i.e. cough, fever or difficulties breathing.
